I found the staff helpful. They assisted with directions and offered local tips. the room was very clean and well kept with fresh towels daily. breakfast had a wide selection of foods. It included both hot and cold options. the rooftop pool area provided a quiet retreat. It had comfortable loungers and great city views.

uneven experience, some letdowns
plumbing noisebathroom bugs
the plumbing made some noise during the night and early morning. it made it hard to sleep. also, i found bugs in the bathroom, which wasn't good. a free breakfast didn't really make up for it, i needed sleep.
